Following up an invoice involves more than sending an email. The business needs to decide what to say, when to send it and how to keep control of the communication. Repeating those steps manually is the task PayerPing is designed to address.
The workflow
- The business connects the email account it wants to send from.
- It reviews and approves the reminder messages and schedule.
- PayerPing sends those reminders through the connected account.
Our involvement
Alec Pedersen built and operates PayerPing as an owned product. The project brings a business workflow, an application and connected-mailbox sending together. PayerPing keeps its own identity, website and service.
