RefundsLaunch trust

Refunds, access activation, and support.

The goal is simple: if you paid, you should be able to sign in with the checkout email. If that fails, support can verify and fix the customer record.

After purchase

Secure checkout redirects you back to RightCyber and sends order and subscription webhooks that activate access. This normally completes within seconds, but sign in can occasionally require a short wait.

Annual access

New Individual and Consultant purchases are annual subscriptions. Active subscribers can use the workspace, Evidence Builder, templates, and Software Update Checker while their access is active. Existing active legacy customers are treated as grandfathered access unless manually revoked or refunded.

Refund handling

Refunds are handled through the original checkout. When a refund webhook is received for the order currently granting access, the customer record is marked refunded, active sessions are cleared where possible, and future sign-in is blocked.

Merchant of Record

Our checkout provider is Merchant of Record for payment processing, local tax handling, invoices, and receipts. RightCyber controls the app access record that decides whether a checkout email can sign in.

Access problems

If you paid but cannot sign in, email info@rightcyber.co.uk with the checkout email and any order reference. Do not keep retrying if the error says configuration or app URL.

Wrong email

Access follows the checkout email. If the wrong email was used, contact info@rightcyber.co.uk with the checkout email, preferred access email, and order reference so support can verify the safest manual correction.

Customer evidence

Your local Builder workspace remains yours. Local workspace data, copied evidence files, pasted screenshots, exported Evidence Pack ZIPs, and Workspace Backup ZIPs stay on your device. Do not send full evidence packs, raw screenshots with secrets, passwords, keys, or customer/client data to support; use redacted screenshots and safe descriptions when access or refund context is needed.
