Every plan uses the same core Consultant Workspace and the same views. The published differences are annual price, active-client capacity, activated-computer capacity and one branding control: hiding the "Prepared with RightCyber" attribution on tender documents is a Growth and Practice control, so Starter documents keep that line. Whichever plan produced it, every document still says that it is not produced by a certification body and is not an assessment outcome, and still points the reader at the official certificate register.

Are RightCyber products sold as one bundle?

No. Choose the product that matches the job you need to complete. The specific exception is the seven-template Cyber Essentials Policy Pack included with an active Workspace licence; the 17 specialist Documents packs are separate purchases.

Is the official Cyber Essentials assessment included?

No. RightCyber provides independent preparation tools and reports. Registration, payment, submission, assessment and the certification decision remain separate and are handled through your chosen Certification Body.

What does the £50 In-house renewal include?

Renewal is £50 per year after the first year and renews automatically until cancelled in the billing portal. It keeps signed-in downloads of the current supported build, the workspace and question-set updates released while the subscription is active, and email support. A question-set update arrives inside a new build rather than as a change to work you have already done: last year's record is kept exactly as you answered it, and you carry it into the new assessment year one confirmed answer at a time. A record answered against a different question set is refused rather than silently rewritten. A lapsed In-house installation keeps working locally with the files it has; sign-in, downloads and support stop until renewal.

What counts as an active client or activated computer?

An active client engagement is one for which you use the Consultant Builder or RightCyber-derived workflow and outputs during the subscription period. An activated computer is one computer currently authorised to use the Builder. Computers do not create named-user seats or permission to share account credentials.

Can I change a Consultant plan during the year?

A self-service mid-year plan change is not currently promised. Contact RightCyber before assuming that an upgrade or downgrade is available.

Do I need a RightCyber account for the free report?

No RightCyber account is required to start a free report. A work email is required so the secure report link can be delivered.

Which Documents are included with Workspace?

An active Workspace licence includes the seven-template Cyber Essentials Policy Pack. It does not include the 17 specialist paid packs in the Documents catalogue unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.

Will I see the total before payment?
