How does this compare to hiring a consultant?
Consultant-led Cyber Essentials preparation is typically quoted at £500 to £2,000 on top of the assessment fee. RightCyber is for organisations that want to do the preparation themselves, keep the working record locally, and renew from it next year. If you would rather hand the whole process to someone, a consultant is still the right buy.
What happens after I buy?
Sign in with the checkout email, download the Builder from the signed-in download hub, open the local desktop Builder, then follow the guided missions in the customer area. Your receipt is emailed separately by Stripe, our payment provider.
Which computers does the desktop Builder run on?
macOS and Windows installers are included with every licence. Download either platform any time from the signed-in Builder hub while your access is active.
Where is my evidence stored?
Your Evidence Builder answers, notes, attachments, screenshots, and Evidence Pack exports stay on your machine in the desktop workspace. The website stores access, subscription state, and mission progress only.
Should I choose Individual or Consultant?
Choose Individual if you are preparing your own organisation. Choose a Consultant band if you are an MSP, consultancy, or Cyber Advisor using RightCyber across paid client engagements.
Is RightCyber a certification body?
No. RightCyber is independent preparation software. Certification is assessed by your chosen IASME-licensed certification body, and official IASME and NCSC guidance remains authoritative.
Is the Cyber Essentials assessment fee included?
No. You still pay your chosen certification body separately for the Cyber Essentials assessment. RightCyber helps you prepare the answers, evidence, gaps, and checklist before that assessment.
Does RightCyber guarantee I will pass?
No certification guarantee or assessor representation is included. RightCyber helps you prepare a clearer, more defensible submission, but only an assessor can decide the assessment outcome.
