Websites & software

Websites and software built around how you work.

When an off-the-shelf tool will not do the job, I build it: a website that brings in enquiries, a customer portal, an internal tool, or an app for phone, desktop or Chrome.

Websites £495 + £149 a month · Most software projects from £5,000, with a fixed quote once the scope is agreed.

Sound familiar?

  • Your website does not bring in enquiries, or you cannot update it yourself.
  • The business runs on spreadsheets that have outgrown themselves.
  • Customers keep emailing for information they could look up themselves.
  • You have an idea for a product and need someone to build it properly.

What I build

Websites that bring in work

Business and product websites in Next.js or WordPress with Elementor, built to explain your offer and turn visitors into enquiries. Managed plan: £495 setup + £149 a month.

Web apps, portals and internal tools

Customer portals, dashboards and business tools built around your process, with the right access for each person.

iPhone and Android apps

React Native apps connected to your web product and customer accounts, like the PayerPing and Enquiry Fox apps.

Windows and macOS software

Installable apps for file-heavy work and local records, like Cyber Essentials Workspace.

Chrome extensions

A focused action or sidebar in the browser your team already uses, like my Prompt Shield extension, now in private beta.

Ongoing technical partner

Advice, small changes and fixes each month: someone technical on your side without hiring. From £495 a month.

How it works

  1. 01

    Scope it

We walk through the people, the process and what the first useful version must do. You get a fixed quote.

  2. 02

    Build it in stages

You review working previews as I build, so there are no surprises at the end.

  3. 03

    Launch and hand over

Tested on the devices that matter, released, and handed over with notes and 30 days of fixes. Ongoing care is optional.

Built secure

Security is part of the build, not an extra.

  • The right access for each person, planned from the first screen.
  • Customer data kept to what the job needs.
  • Updates, backups and handover agreed before launch.

Questions people ask

Will I be able to update the website myself?

Yes, if you want to. WordPress with Elementor suits a team that wants visual editing; a custom Next.js site can include an editing workflow. On the managed plan, an hour of changes each month is included.

Do I need an app or a website?

Start with where people do the task. A web app works in any browser; a phone app suits frequent use on the move or device features. I compare both before proposing either.

How do you price a software project?

I need the users, the workflows, the systems it connects to and what the first release must do. Then you get a fixed quote. If the current system or requirements are unclear, a short review comes first.

Do you handle App Store and Google Play submission?

Submission preparation can be part of the scope. Apple and Google decide approval, so publication is never certain, and developer account ownership is agreed up front.
