Is it really free? Is there any obligation?
Yes, it’s free. The call and the written plan cost nothing, there’s no obligation to go ahead, and you keep the plan whatever you decide.
What will it cost to run?
It depends on the tools involved: some jobs add AI usage, call or message fees, or a hosting cost. We estimate the running costs before you commit to anything. If you want us to look after it, optional care is from £99 a month.
What happens to our data?
Customer and staff data stays in accounts and hosting you control, and we help with the privacy notice and a data protection impact assessment where one is needed. Who can see what, where your data goes and what happens when something fails are designed in from the start, and sending messages or changing important records can require a person’s approval.
Which tools do you work with?
HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Xero and the other tools you already use, from Outlook and Gmail to Teams and Slack. Already have a tool that does the job? We’ll tell you, and only build what’s missing.
What if something breaks?
Each automation is handed over with a failure alert, so a problem doesn’t go unnoticed, and 30 days of fixes after launch. After that, optional care from £99 a month covers monitoring, fixes and updates when the tools your workflows connect to change.
