Mobile apps

Mobile app development for iPhone and Android.

We build mobile apps for customers and business teams. Let people capture an enquiry, review information or carry on a workflow from their phone, connected to the same account and data as your web application.

Is this what you need? For customers or staff who need to use your service from an iPhone or Android phone while away from a computer.

What you can commission

What we build

One product across iPhone and Android

React Native and Expo let us share application code while designing for how people use each platform. We agree the phones, operating system versions and device features your first release needs, then test those journeys on the relevant devices.

Take the business workflow beyond the desk

Possible projects include an enquiry inbox for a service team, customer account access, a job-status app or a tool for capturing information on site. The app starts with the task people need to complete on a phone, rather than shrinking a desktop dashboard.

Connect the app to your web product and CRM

Build on your existing backend or create the API and database behind the app. Account permissions, record updates, loading states and interrupted connections need to work consistently across the mobile and web versions.

From a business task to working software

How we build it

  1. 1. Define the job

Choose the mobile tasks and the first release. Agree supported devices, account access and any camera, notification or offline requirements.

  2. 2. Build and review

Build the React Native and Expo app and connect the backend. Review real mobile journeys, including loading, errors and interrupted connections.

  3. 3. Test and hand over

Test on the agreed devices, prepare the release builds and submission materials, and plan store review responses and subsequent app updates.

Questions about mobile apps

Do you build both iPhone and Android apps?

Yes. We use React Native and Expo for shared application code with interfaces and device behaviour tested for the agreed iOS and Android versions. PayerPing and Enquiry Fox are examples of our mobile product work.

Can a mobile app connect to our existing software?

Yes, where the existing system provides suitable access or an API can be built. We check sign-in, permissions, records and error handling so the app behaves consistently with the web product.

Do you handle App Store and Google Play submission?

Submission preparation and review responses can be included in the scope. Developer account ownership, privacy information, testing and future updates need to be agreed. The platforms decide approval; development work alone does not guarantee publication.

What we agree before starting

We agree the first release, devices, account access, data connections and testing. App Store and Google Play submission, review responses and ongoing updates are scoped with you; publishing depends on the platform's review.
